It's better for your mitochondria and helps you better fall asleep at night.

I also have candles in places where I couldn't change the light to incandescent ones

The wattage is 60 watts now compared to 10 watt before, but it's honestly just to turn some lights on for a few minutes in the evening. Won't expect a much higher cost than before

I want to reduce the amount of blue light and light stress in my home, so I went to the local hardware store to ask if they still had some incandescent light bulbs.

The owner told me they don't sell them anymore (like most stores)

but I asked if they maybe had some laying around in the back of the warehouse or something.

Long story short: she gave me 10 second hand incandescent light bulbs for free 😁

each Lebanese now got a large bag of crypto , they learn the lesson hard way.

Very few have studied and understood and are using Bitcoin to build/protect their wealth and energy

People in Lebanon still queueing to retrieve a meager part of their savings, an amount decided by the central bank every month.
