Wallets for daily use shouldn't show the total balance on the homescreen, especially not in a huuuuge font. For most users that's information they don't want to share with everyone in the local coffee shop.

#nostrdesign I need some help again. I'm trying to overhaul the whole relay system in noStrudel to add better support for inbox / outbox relays and relay sets.
I'm running into a few UX issues that I don't know how to fix and I need some ideas.
My goal is to make the users inbox / outbox relays completely separate from the apps relays and call them "Mailboxes"
So going forward the app will store its current relays in local storage instead of nip-65. this will allow the user to change relays on the fly while keeping the inbox / outbox relays the same.
The part I'm stuck on is I cant figure out what the UX should be around managing the users "mailboxes"
I want to separate the concept of setting up your "mailboxes" from configuring the app relays so they have to be on a different view then the apps relay config.
A few ideas I'm looking for:
- Whats the best way to visually distinguish a users Inbox relay from a users Outbox relay beside using an icon?
- What (if any) relay recommendations should I show on the "mailboxes" view when the user is setting or changing their mailboxes
- How should it show a warning if one of the users current inbox or outbox relays is offline / rejecting events?

Nostr and Bitcoin allow us to go beyond legacy ad engines.
They allow an honest game where every actor has their reputation and their sats to lose.
Rafael Nadal and George Clooney are not the same.
Nadal recommends a certain tennis racket just by using it and he has a lot to lose by using a crappy racket. He recommends the racket to the people that already watch tennis, and him specifically. No one is really manipulated by this. It's not like he can play without one.
Clooney on the other hand has no f*cking business showing up everywhere we go (online, street, tv, etc...). No one is watching or following him because he's so good at coffee drinking or because he knows a lot about it. He literally gets payed to make you believe fake things are real.
Clooney is the reason people are sick and tired of ad engines. Nadal is a hint at a possible way forward.
In a sovereign world people will still very much recommend things to others. And if there's a match between a certain thing (that is looking for users) and a certain user (that is great at curating certain things) why not let the sats flow?
One service both of these parties need, and will pay for, is a tool that helps them find one another.
DVM's are the perfect fit for this matchmaker service. Each such DVM can specialise in a certain niche of matchmaking. #SovEng
