I keep flip flopping between:

2. hating it because it could lead to EEE like you said. Also it will be a heavily moderated server, most of the good parts of the fediverse aren't even going to be able to participate.

It's all just rumor and speculation right now but allegedly some (Nobody is saying who) mastodon developers and/or admins (Nobody is saying how many) *might* have signed an NDA (Nobody said why) while talking to Meta (nobody said over what). It's all just a bunch of typical he said she said vagueposting fediverse drama at the moment, as far as I know. Unless I've missed something. I suspect it's a belief that's been coopted to form into the LGBT ideology. Technically as far back as recorded history in Mesopotamia we've had femboys as a loose concept, but we don't really know what their views on "gender" were, beyond fertility. If anything it may even have been rigid gender roles that portrayed men who broke said roles as feminine (artwork depicts males dressed as females if they were priests of specific goddesses for example / men who were bottoms for other men were seen as feminine).
I would bet money the two spirit shit is kind of in that line of thinking. The male berry pickers would be seen as feminine, and some may have embraced that role, but does that mean that all trans ideology is correct?

The year is 2023. The best way to read an ebook synced across devices without using amazon is still installing all of calibre on a server, even a headless one. or using some jank docker container running all of calibre in it. Ridiculous, maybe I need to make my own ebook reader.
