I guess if youâre looking to be a bit more specific you could say BMI + Body composition. That would be a more accurate measure
While that is true, 99.9% of the population are not athletes that defy a BMI. Notably would be a professional running back, right? Theyâre 6â0 215lbs with 8% body fat. However, When you go to your job, apply a vague BMI to everyone and youâll see most people are just overweight. It serves as a general principle.
If you need to tell people about things you do (virtue signal) because your lack of results donât speak for themselves, then what youâre doing sucks.
