Good evening from our part of the world!

I saw it (that is https://rsslay.nostr.moe) was down a day or so back. Thanks for getting this up again! šš»
Here is another test

Ok letās try that againā¦
Testing the new image uploader in Damus

It's mid March but the Southern Hemisphere it's still boiling in Argentina,South Africa and Australia.
Today in Australia temperatures rose to 44.5C at Karijini North and 44.3C at Telfer.
This heat wave will last long time.

Also the IRI just published their A-M-J projection here is what it looks like for us in South Africa.
Full report here: https://iri.columbia.edu/our-expertise/climate/forecasts/seasonal-climate-forecasts/

Costa Rica: Did you know that they became the first tropical country in the world to have reversed deforestation.
Their Decarbonization Plan has also been super impressive, in 2017 already the country ran for a record 300 days solely on renewable power! (https://www.grupoice.com/wps/wcm/connect/f5fd219d-700d-4abc-8422-ecbd27f9c9fd/Informe+Ejecutivo+PEG2018-2034.pdf?MOD=AJPERES&CVID=mrl1q1W(
As far as risk assessments go here is some solid research as a starting point.

Itās now becoming pretty clear that many places are going to experience some big changes as the climate shifts in response to the continued heating.
Finding the risk profile of the place you live/work is a wise move. Nothing beats being prepared vs being caught off guard.
For example, to some leadership teams we are suggesting seriously using the pandemic experience to become location independent if at all possible. This is a great business continuity strategy as physical environments become more unstable.
Absolutely. The rush back āto the way things wereā post-pandemic is super shortsighted. It is really way way more efficient to be location independent, having an āoffice in the cloudā - access to talent just being one.
Sync leadership teams really struggle to get async - itās literally like learning to speak another language, which for most adults is supper hard.
Images are now reaching us from Mozambique & Malawi where #CycloneFreddy has damaged a lot of infrastructure and caused flash floods and landslides, the death toll in both countries will continue to rise as communications are restored š¢
As we continue to heat these storms become more intense and drop insane amounts of water.
Unnamed source: yeah that is the nature of the animal. Can you trust them? I think in isolation the answer would be no, however, when considering their comments in conjunction with other pieces of evidence then maybe there is some credibility there š¤
The fact that he/she repeated her story to two individuals on separate occasions is interesting. The Le Monde journalist claimed she verified their intelligence association.
Cargo: Sure it does, but itās of interest, I think that this was the case on *this* flight.
The other evidence, the guy on the oil rig that night, the flight crew that saw debris in the areaā¦
and you have a story.
However, check this:
I think my theory is in serious question :)
There was some stuff I didnāt know.
- The presence of AWACS in the area
- The escorted unscanned cargo loaded on this flight
- The position of the Australian Buttworth airforce base - from which there was no alert about a rouge 777 veered of its flight path)
Me: Someone is covering up what happened to this flight. I just find it incredibly hard to accept that with all the technology at our disposal (satellite + radar) in that area no one knows where the aircraft was after losing radio coms
#CycloneFreddy is still a tropical cyclone 15 hours after making landfall with sustained wind speeds of 150km/h
Feel for all the people in the path of this.

I just noticed that nostr.moe is vacillating between between yellow and green on Damus (black & green on iris) is this normal for that relay or is it usually quite stable?
How long would it take to populate the feed approximately?
Would that mean being able to create a ārss feedā for a list which would translate into a profile here? If that makes sense.
Quick question. So you have to be following the accounts for this to work? Reason I am asking I have several lists there but many on the lists I donāt follow (ie accounts can be added to a list without having to follow the account if that makes sense)
