So nice to see everyone already in Prague, amazing city.
I have to wait one more day before I go there but can’t wait to have some of those black beers with some bitcoiners!
If you guys need food tips I can highly recommend:
- svíčková na smetaně, or simply svíčková
- Prague-style beef goulash with knedlíky (dumplings) or switch the dumplings for bramboráky (potato pancakes) which are a really great combination as well
- Czech steak tartare
- Smažený sýr (fried cheese) with fries. Do not use mayonaise of ketchup, eat it with tatarská omáčka (tartar sauce) instead
Do not eat Trdelník, it is not authentic Czech and it’s just a tourist trap. Also avoid the food stands on the old town square and those kind of spots, all tourist traps.
For me one more day till I go there, I will first be enjoying my six months anniversary with my amazing girlfriend today!
