Today is my born day, and this audio was a voice memo I sent my sister today after my beautiful ocean swim in the sun. I can't even imagine the year ahead for me, but I know in my heart it will be my greatest one yet. I love who I am becoming.
Practice makes perfect :) just depends on what type of expression you desire to be good at. I love writing and type format as well, but I’ve always wanted to be better at honing my voice verbally. Such presence, concise eloquence, and power needed !

Internal beauty is so needed. Well-read, well-studied, a natural philosopher, a deep thinker, heart-centered, emotionally connected and curious.
Being conscious and capable of beauty in the external & internal worlds. The internal attraction is harder to cultivate, a rarer existence, and of much stronger value.
(At least in my female opinion)
Sometimes I get frustrated with not being arrived at where I want to be. I tell myself I may not be at the destination, but I know I’m at least on the path.
