It's always been a dream of mine to assemble a fraternity of based men from all walks of life. Black, white, brown, etc. Cops, Criminals, Aristocrats, and plebs. We would meet and laugh at the absurdity of the world, do drugs, and perform elaborate pranks.
This fraternity would be called the Brotherhood of Chaos.
Out of curiosity, What is your routine for this?
I am already bored with nostr. I don't think it is because of nostr itself. I think it has more to do with the social aspect. In that online stuff like this is a terrible use case for social. It is great for information dissemination and content. But not really building relationships.
This is not a new observation. It's definitely not something I thought of.
I'm not good at content. I don't want to be, I don't think. I don't really have anything to say really. There is a British comedian named Sean Locke (he's dead) and he makes a joke about twitter being for things people mutter.
That's what my contributions feel like. That's what this note feels like.
Which is fine. I'm just an old relic, larping.
Is anyone working on a login with nostr library?
My experience in working in Tech is revealing to be a lot of dealing with constant bitching.
Discourse is basically pointless. Because most people don't seem to be able to be convinced of anything.
Online debates are so boring. After its over, if you go and observe the participants in their comfort zone. Both parties act like they won.

Communism / Socialism is a upper class movement not a lower class movement. Lower class a just pawns in it. After the dust settles from revolution the wealthy and powerful are still wealthy and powerful. Everyone else poorer and powerless.

In hindsight. The disillusionment with tech is just me projecting. People love tech more than ever. I'm just not one of them.

I think about quitting tech frequently. Start a small service business instead.
It's not 1:1 to what your talking about. But I relate to the growing disillusionment towards tech. At least that's what I interpret it as.
