I'm sure most of us have been following President Trump and his assertion of wanting control of the Panama Canal and Greenland. China has a strategic advantage over the US currently in the Panama Canal, as a Hong Kong firm has been directing much of what goes on at the canal. As for Greenland, it has an abundance of rare earth minerals, including uranium. China has threatened to stop their sales of rare earth minerals to the US, using this as a weapon to negotiate terms with the US. President Trump has seen this and now is making moves to remedy the situation. A you tube video done by Neil McCoy Ward does a beautiful job explaining this.

I wondered about this, thinking the possibility would be greater later in time. This is a wake up call for BTC owners. Thanks for the post.
It appears China is not very stoked about Trump's plan to incorporate bitcoin into the National strategic reserve. And why not? China and the BRICS nations have been stacking gold heavily over the last few years, due to fiat currency losing its purchasing power world wide and wanting to get away from US Dollar. Trumps adoption of bitcoin completely undermines the BRICS agenda. Here's a 3 min read from South China Morning Post outlining this.

Have been looking for ways to get some information/news on Russia. My hope is to learn the people's daily life routines, what's important to the Russian people and what the country is doing with bitcoin. I found a newer Russian news site that uses English. It is a podcast . I also found a YouTube site as well. Will try to get this posted later.
