It looks like it is going to be another beautiful day in the #KeystoneState.
The family left this morning, so it's back to BAU for the pooch and I.
I've budgeted for 2 hours of fiat factory work and 4 hours for investment in self. We'll see how that pans out at the end of the day. 😏😏
Seven years ago this morning I was in a pretty bad motorcycle accident. One where I broke both ankles and would be wheelchair bound for the next 6 months.
During this time I learned the real value of family (read....close friends included).
It's never been easy for me to accept help or charity from others. I learned during this time, that people who come to your aid in such times. Do so, not out of obligation or duty, but out of love and care.
Said differently....your true friends LOVE that they are in a position to be helpful to you in your time of need.
That realization blew my freaking mind back then.
For 6 months I was not allowed to lift a finger. I learned the real meaning of "family".
I've never forgotten and I cherish these family members to this day.
Well that's my random thought diarrhea of the day.
Hope you all have a wonderful day. Call a friend today for no reason other to tell them you appreciate them and ask if they are ok or need help with anything.

I am pretty amped about the day/week ahead.
I have some binness to tend to early in the day then plan on enjoying the rest of the afternoon with fam as they will be heading out early tomorrow.

Today I spent the day in the outdoors with sis #3 and pops.
We set a record for the slowest #10k ever covered by me and the pooch.
But I cherished every second of it.
