Intermittent fasting is great! That's how I started extended fasting. Started with an 8 hour window...moved to a 6 hour window and then reduced it to OMAD with a 4 hour window. From there it gets much easier to do extended fasts if you're so inclined.

Tips would be start slow, don't force and forgive yourself if you break fast early. Also, remember that the feeling of hunger is usually short and goes away quickly. Drink a bunch of water and you should be good. Do something to keep yourself occupied. The extra focus you get from fasting should help with that. My experience (everyone's different) is the first 48 are tough but after that I'm no longer hungry. Fasting is 80% willpower & 20% boredom. You got this!!💪

Correct. That's a 100% fast breaker and wouldn't do it although right now, it sounds deelish! I'm currently just doing 1 cup of black coffee each morning and water. Nothing else.

Fuck supper...day 3 of my fast. Saving money for more sats!😂

100% Every single person/tribe of people that run miners & nodes helps. Imagine if a nation had understood this 5 or 10 years ago and had put their resources into this. Now imagine if they understand it now and what it will look like in 5 or 10 years.

Using bitcoin as "legal tender" would be the absolute game-changer for tribal nations and I would LOVE to see that. And as long as you can be self-sufficient and sovereign, it shouldn't matter if they ban or attack it. I would LOVE to see some more sovereign minded tribes, nations & countries adopt it. We're definitely all on the same team, brother. Team FREEDOM.

Just don't stop continuing to try to explain this to your tribe members. You will eventually hit the right ones and then the understanding will reach a critical mass. Things like bank collapses and taxpayer funded bailouts will help people understand this better.

Citizens may not have it but Individuals can and do. I'm not intimately familiar with red lake but am happy when groups/tribes take action on their own sovereignty like this. Just know that if the gov. decides they don't want this anymore, they can (and have in the past) force some kind of compliance (or war). All I'm saying is bitcoiners in general are far more aware of what it takes to be sovereign and have taken some steps (some more than others) to reach towards it. Just by having self custody of you own non-KYC bitcoin you have taken the first steps.

Most people are...bitcoiners comprehend sovereignty and what they need to do to attain it far better than the average citizen. And (sadly) don't think that tribal nations are immune to this.
