@37signals Would be super useful for @heyhey to be able to generate masked emails similar to Firefox Relay. What would give it a leg up on Firefox Relay is deeper integration into Hey, so emails sent to masks don't appear to all come from "_____@relay.firefox.com" for example

Do it!!
Naaaah, I don't like this one bit. Stay in your lane #Firefox
"Certain Firefox users may come across a message in the extensions panel indicating that their add-ons are not allowed on the site currently open. As of Firefox version
115, we have introduced a new back-end feature to only allow some
extensions monitored by Mozilla to run on specific websites for various
reasons, including security concerns."
Hmm, what would be an example of activities explicitly for those under 30? Asking as a 31 year old who’s right on that border haha

Awesome thank you!
This has been an awesome utility for my webapp Agora, which combines Nostr and Mastodon into one unified feed. What would you say is the easiest way to self-host feditrends so Agora doesn't send too many requests to your instance of it?
ah thanks for the heads up, will look into that
New layout for the Topics feed in Agora!
The focus is to better emphasize the post content and upvotes/likes, and put less emphasis on the poster's profile, since the "Friends" feed is where the identity of the poster generally matters more to the user.

Incredibly fun fact, had no idea that's what the literal translation is, and it makes it 10x funnier
"One of the most used slang words in Mexico is calling someone a 'pendejo'. While the word 'pendejo' literally means 'pubic hair' it's the equivalent of calling someone 'stupid' or an 'asshole'"
and thanks to the awesomeness of mostr.pub, you can follow them here on nostr as well :)
“This is hilarious. It appears that Twitter is DDOSing itself.
The Twitter home feed's been down for most of this morning. Even though nothing loads, the Twitter website never stops trying and trying.
In the first video, notice the error message that I'm being rate limited. Then notice the jiggling scrollbar on the right.
The second video shows why it's jiggling. Twitter is firing off about 10 requests a second to itself to try and fetch content that never arrives because Elon's latest genius innovation is to block people from being able to read Twitter without logging in.
This likely created some hellish conditions that the engineers never envisioned and so we get this comedy of errors resulting in the most epic of self-owns, the self-DDOS.
Unbelievable. It's amateur hour.

A mostly still movie of a Twitter feed showing a rate limited error message and a jiggling scrollbar indicating repeated attempts to load a resource.
Firefox network console showing 10 requests to twitter zooming by per second.”
