Although on the bright side, streaming services have led to a sort of rennaissance of documentaries and docu-series on those same topics that are high quality and not "reality shows".

my theory is that textbased social networks like Twitter, Facebook etc. tend to have the earliest adopters be in the late college to early 40s age, whereas media, based social networks like Instagram, Snapchat, bereal, have younger earlier adopters
