Según he estado leyendo hoy, solo es compatible el PoW si usas la v13 alpha de Tor browser para acceder a los hidden services (. onion) que lo tengan aplicado (esto último ya se puede aplicar para los hidden services usando Tor daemon v0.4.8.5)
