What are the best plug-and-play relay running solutions out there right now?

Relay.tools is promising (not self hosted though).
The source is open GPLv3, self hosting is possible, just need to write more docs and start packaging.. so much to do π
So much to do. So little time.
Looking at the milestones from my recent opensats application like, I can do this! π I am thankful that I do have the luxury of time, and I think nostr is my best shot at spending that time with like minded nostriches to help fix the internet mess that advertisement driven companies have caused.
It'll be worth it π time moves slowly as you approach the speed of light.
An uncle jim distro would be awsome: "host this and let your friends deploy their own relays"
I setup one with Umbrel OS/tailscail vpn on an old mac mini last night and it was super easy.
to clarify that a bit more, I installed ubuntu on the mac mini, them installed Umbrel, and used the Umbrel app store (one click installs) to install a nostr relay and tailscale.
Barely an inconvenience....π€£
And it even has a sync feature to check other relays for notes you may have done outside of that relay so you'll never lose your content.
