I know. Had to claim for a car accident for the first time in my life this year. Worst service I’ve ever received, plus they almost didn’t pay for repairs since they estimated the damages to be worth more than the car so total loss. If I hadn’t paid out of pocket to fix a portion of the damage myself I would have been car-less. The accident wasn’t even my fault, poor old man hit me sliding on ice. I shouldn’t have had to pay anything! I wanted to cancel it all then and there. So f*cked.
