As far as Bitcoin goes, I used to be a big fan of it many years ago before I realized what it is. These days I am not a fan of it because it has become too centralized and I now view it as another tool to be used for control.

People on this platform expend a lot of energy preaching the virtues of Bitcoin and excoriating fiat. Who created the fiat monetary system? Why was Bitcoin created? Is Bitcoin being used for that purpose? Who actually created Bitcoin?
A lot of people in this world are very confused as to what reality they live in.

Vitamin D is another major nutrient deficiency. You get 10,000 - 25,000 IU from just 30 minutes of sun exposure on your arms and legs, not even your whole body. Supplements provide only a fraction of that. You’re almost certainly deficient in vitamin d. My personal theory is that a lot of “health issues” that people experience could be remedied by just getting enough sun n their skin.

Most people don’t trust the US government or the fiat monetary system. That’s why we buy gold and silver. That used to be the reason to buy Bitcoin as well. Bonds seem more risky these days. I’ll buy a little but not a lot.

I almost got hired to work for a well-known newspaper on Nostr. Everything went very well, and we chatted for several days on Telegram. She asked me for my rate, and I wasn't sure how to respond, so I said €80 per day. She accepted immediately, and I thought to myself, "Damn, I'm terrible at negotiating. Maybe I should have asked for more," but a deal is a deal, and I'm not going to go back on my word.
So I find out that she's working with a guy from New York, a former member of Cointelegraph or something like that. She, on the other hand, is based in Germany.
Oh, I almost forgot: it's thanks to you that I was able to get in touch with her! She heard about me because many of you recommended the nostr:npub1f4uyypghstsd8l4sxng4ptwzk6awfm3mf9ux0yallfrgkm6mj6es50r407 account to her. I am very honored and, precisely to pay tribute to you to the end, I remained very serious. I wanted to live up to your expectations, from start to finish.
So, back to my story. She told me that everything was OK, that I should take care of the X account linked to their website (which is very nice, by the way) and that my role would be to do exactly what I do for Flash, but for them. I figured that since I was already spending eight hours a day monitoring the news, I might as well kill two birds with one stone: I'd take care of Flash and, at the same time, fulfill my role for this new contract. What's more, the topics were mainly focused on finance and cybersecurity, so any other relevant information that didn't fall within their area of expertise would have been useful for Flash.
In short, once the discussion was well underway, she told me that we would do a 1-2 day trial. I thought that was normal, and she reassured me that I would be paid, so everything was fine. I started talking about it to a close friend, explaining that I was on the verge of silencing those who had mocked me at the beginning of Flash, that I might be able to make a living from my passion. My friend was happy for me, and I needed to express this happiness; I couldn't keep it to myself.
So I wait patiently for her to get back to me, and one day I receive a message. The woman who wanted to hire me sends me her Signal ID. She asks that we switch the conversation to that platform. I ask her why, and she replies that it's for confidentiality reasons. I ask her if we can switch to something else, because I used my personal number to register on Signal and I reserve this app for my friends and family whom I have managed to convince to use it (my goal is to permanently switch from WhatsApp). So I politely let her know that Signal won't work, but that I'm willing to download any other app to continue our discussions, and then nothing... no more sounds or images. Total silence. I respectfully follow up once or twice, but she doesn't even read my messages anymore...
So, I understand for myself that it's over.
This person is well known on Nostr, and will certainly read this message, but please know that I don't hold it against them at all. What God has destined for me, nothing and no one can take away from me, except with God's permission. I take this experience with wisdom.
And if I have decided to tell you about it, it is not to make a drama or to criticize anyone. Far from it. It is rather to preserve the transparency that I have imposed on myself from the beginning, whether in terms of numbers or on the human side.

On that note, I just wanted to say that you should eat kimchi, sauerkraut and real fermented pickles fairly often. I think that those foods are overlooked by a lot of people. Eating those foods will really help you maintain health.
