Our quail chickities have grown so much. It’s seems we may have gotten blessed with only 1 male and 3 females…that’s what it’s looking like. We shall see in the next 3-4 weeks when they’re able to be sexed.

My last heavy lift since I’ve been on program. Only been a week, but going strong! It’s cool to be on program and see what exercises, set, and reps I’m scheduled to complete, bc I wouldn’t ever give myself such sets/reps or those certain exercises. That’s y I have a coach tho, cuz they’ll help me grow and progress in this sport. 😅 Growth is and will always be the name of the game.
