You need to post a link to the image, then most nostr clients will display it inline. Try to upload a picture to nostr.build or imgur or something and post the link in a reply here.
lol, there is no thought police on here! People can block you if their client implements it and relays can block your pubkey but you can still publish to other relays or your own.

Nobody can censor you, just post to your own relay. You don’t have any special right to post to other relays. Relay owners can do whatever they want with your data.
