Well, anyone can issue badges so not sure it makes it easier for strengthening identities/graphs? I’m no expert on social graphs etc so I might oversee something here.

It’s not entirely a NFT if you compare it to the Ethereum JPEGs. There is always one creator of the badge and the badge can be issued to zero or more npubs.
