Back at HQ after a travel week. Durov arrested and Fountain released their Nostr version (without the need to import an Nsec 🔥). What else did I miss?

If you find a La Leche League, they are mothers who donate their breast milk. Formula is garbage compared to breast milk.

There's also some foods/herbs/teas that are known to increase milk production.

I cooked for postpartum mothers a while back. I'll check my recipe folders tomorrow and write a post for anyone who may find it helpful.
