To answer your first question I have not used coinos but if they are your wallet provider you should have a lnurl or it may say use your email address. The ln url would look something like ln3h5g1ghfjfj2g7g4b7r.
To your second question i'll explain what a relay is. A relay is a website each website is basically a global feed for you to receive the notes of all the users & send to every relay added to your profile. How many should you add is up to you do you want your note to be seen by more people then add more relays to send to.
I use to use a website that was a search for relays but the website is no longer maintained & outdated so I guess you can look at peoples profiles & add the relays they have on their profile. Like every website which is what a relay is has it's own tos/pp so if you post something one relay don't like they can delete your note.
Which is a problem because you get no notification that relay a removed post y for this reason. So you would be looking at ur profile checking & just have to notice in ur wall hey a notes missing wtf why? Relays need to be reimplemented with having to provide a reason & some way to notify you but none of these devs want to work on that because they don't care about letting you know hey this relay deleted your note.
So always back up every single note somewhere because eventually they all get deleted. Which is why it's heavily suggested to every user you host & run your own relay so you don't have the risk of your note being deleted of course then everyone else needs to add that relay to see those notes.
Last to answer the verification check all this does is show people hey this website registered you & believes your not a bot. It will be in purple under your username on your profile. Other then that theres no other significance.

I'm glad I was able to find this while wrapped up. So day 4 as a cripple I am beginning to go stir crazy from the mixature of pain, the pain medication, & this itch that I cannot scratch! I try to keep my mind off of it but it's so irritating i've never had an itch I couldn't scratch. All I want to do is just break this cast & scratch till my skin falls off!

I always wonder why it generates the way it does because I had just put in the pope in vector art style with aurora background & thats what I get. You would probably be interested in the whole set I generated I always wondered why did this pic come out with him holding a key?

Going toi the bathroom has never been so painful I just spent an hour crawling I can't even get up. Don't ask how I managed to use it just thank god I made it. I'm in so much pain knowing theres nothing connecting my foot to my ankle. 😭🤯😭😩
I broke my ankle & my whole right leg my foot was completely dislocated & the crack went up my leg like a lightning bolt cracking directly in the middle of my bone leaving the middle of it empty.
I'll be picking them up tomorrow & oh yes it is i've never felt pain like this before.
Thanks for the kind words. It doesn't help that on my way home as I was getting in my place I think I twisted it when I was trying to crawl up my steps. I'm going back tomorrow since I just got home & don't want to go back after I just crawled in. I'm hoping the pain will stop but if it don't i'm going back. I just had my foot relocated back into place. My bone from my ankle is completely gone & the way it cracked up my leg is like a lightning bolt is craved out from the middle of my bone. So i'm missing bone in the middle of my leg.
Today is horrible I got into an accident & now I completely broke my leg. I just got out of the hospital I have to get surgery & have plates & screws in my leg. I may not be able to walk for a year.
