Thanks. It’s actually not that hard if you get the milk texture right: not too foamy and not too hot. I’ve been doing 2-4 a day for about a year with a Delonghi Dedica, but it was hard to get the right texture. After changing to a machine with a better steamer, it suddenly became much easier.
