The Dragon-fly House, designed by Barbara Berson and Horacio Sardin, is located on an island in Argentina’s Paraná River delta.

Elevated on stilts to protect against water level rises, the house reinterprets traditional wooden homes with extended glazed facades and shaded galleries, creating a space that integrates with its forest surroundings.

The design allows cross-ventilation and provides shade, while the roof serves as a lookout to view the delta.
