What if we could attach an incentive layer for all #nostr network participants: relays, frontend apps, and content creators? I am loving #plebchain and #zaps, but I think we lack a proper set of incentives to make the system more attractive for all parties. I know that maxies won’t like this idea, but if we care about social media decentralization and censorship resistance, we need proper incentive structure in place, otherwise participants won’t be able to continue operating and developing. What do you think?

People are trained in school to be competitive with their peers and obedient to their overlords… if we ever change our education to train us to be collaborative with our peers and question everything that defies our sense of fairness and morale, then the world will become a paradise. I still have hope that we’ll manage to make that change for our kids… ❤️🤙

I think the average joe only learns when they absolutely have to, if that thing is not in their field. Even when their peers do it, if it requires learning, and specially changing anything in their habits, they just ignore it for as long as they can.

I known lot of plebs are bitcoin only, but I think we should be open to integrate chains? Shouldn't nostr be opened up for other 'zap kinds'?

Actually #nostr is what we do with it, and what people find interesting and that provides them value. No one has any say on what should or shouldn’t be done with #nostr! It’s up to us, developers, to build what we think is cool and let the #plebs experiment and find value in it… 🤙

Well, I read somewhere that #plebchain was the solution to lonely people that just joined #nostr and are trying to communicate with other people, but their posts don’t reach anybody. I would love to make some friends around here… 😀🤙
