Because you don't read the laws appropriately to understand that it is actually not illegal, but most of the time you can't enforce that until you do it in court.
I doubt Faggiolo has, but that would be extremely beneficial. I don't think he'd make the change from TG because it's already a well-established group
Most attorneys are fucking retarded. No joke. Better to just learn on your own.
And contrary to what you're told, you CAN represent people without being a lawyer. It's your 6th amendment right.

What I mean is: when you understand how the law truly operates, what you will find out is that very little of it actually applies to you, but if you don't know how to express that (especially in court as Pro Se and NOT with a lawyer), then they will walk all over you.
I'll give you an easy example. ALL traffic infractions given to someone not operating in commerce are actually a criminal offense on the part of the OFFICER. You can literally sue them in their personal capacity and the people that start doing things like this, or filing bar grievances, or filing judicial complaints, etc, start getting the state to leave them alone.
One other thing I like to bring up often is that the IRS code does not apply to men/women, only businesses that are registered with the state. All it takes to see this is looking at a few definitions.
I don't pay taxes. No shitizen here.
While everyone euphoric from this #bitcoin pump, now would be a good time to submit your comments to FinCEN regarding the proposed totalitarian surveillance rule that was just published.

This all stops becoming relevant when you actually read the laws (slowly) with a legal dictionary, reading case law, paying attention to definitions, etc. If bitcoiners would start doing this, worries like these become a thing of the past.
A SSN presumes you are a taxpayer and 1040s are prima facie evidence being a taxpayer because they tricked you.
It has nothing to do with a contract. The IRS is very easy to get off your back. There are multiple ways to do it. The best is probably suing them in state court as Pro Se arguing the definitions in 26 USC and 26 CFR
If you think you are a taxpayer, take heed:
26 USC 7701(a)(1) - Definitions
When used in this title, where not otherwise distinctly expressed or manifestly incompatible with the intent thereof-
The term āpersonā shall be construed to mean and include an individual, a trust, estate,Ā partnership, association, company orĀ corporation.
Now, get familiar with 'ejusdem generis' and 'noscitur a sociis'.
You are not a taxpayer. No man or woman is a taxpayer.
Guess what though?
YOU. ARE. NOT. A. TAXPAYER.
Show me in the IRS Code where it says a regular old 'natural person' must pay income taxes.
Incorrect. My point is that you, yourself, can hold the government accountable while you're whining, expecting them to do it themselves.
Here's an interesting tidbit:
Canada is part of the United States of America
But it is NOT part of the United States
Quit whining and start enforcing things yourself. Read and educate.
If everyone understood territorial jurisdiction, no one would have had to shut down their businesses during the pLandemic.
How many of you know that if you challenge territorial jurisdiction for a traffic offense, the government doesn't have it? And the officer is liable because they were acting outside outside of their jurisdiction (unfortunately for them, unknowingly)?
How many of you know that the same principal applies on ANY land that the government doesn't own?
How many of you know that, in Kentucky, the government only owns about 8% of the land and, therefore, has territorial jurisdiction (regulation enforcement) ONLY over those lands?
This is what people (especially #Bitcoin ers) need to start learning and understanding. If you just ASSUME they have jurisdiction, then they will beat you to the ground over anything and everything.
You don't see true #Bitcoin maxis become shitcoiners, but you often see shitcoiners become #Bitcoin maxis.
Lesson in there.
It's almost like... if you learn their rules, you can beat them at the game.
