I went ahead and took the plunge. I followed this guide on Umbrel and purchased the exact items they recommended - https://umbrel.com/#start (went w/ the Rasberry Pi 4 option).

Hi everyone. I want to take the plunge and run my own BTC node.

Does anyone have any first hand experience with the ready to go options made by Umbrel or Start9?

Also was considering a mini PC and running either Umbrel or Start9's software.
