I guess I'm not going to post any pictures for a few days until this is sorted out. 😂
I believe NIP-94 content in Kind1 is vital to the scalability of Nostr and must become a required feature for static content URLs in the future (Image/content server hacking is a real threat to the protocol when we scale up)
So, to help achieve that vision, I will turn NIP-94 content optional for now (two buttons: regular URL or hashed/accessible URL; user's choice) if nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s agrees to implement a simple NIP-94 viewer, as the spec is today, in Damus (no need to create NIP-94 events).
What do you say, nostr:npub1xtscya34g58tk0z605fvr788k263gsu6cy9x0mhnm87echrgufzsevkk5s ?
Seems like a great compromise all around.
Not sure why this came out blurry. I attached the image with #amethyst . It was from my Google Photos library vs from my download folder or camera roll.

Today was my son's 14th spin around the sun. 🤙🏽

It's funny he's one of the most frugal people I know... Double income no kids..
Today I learned my friend mined 26 Bitcoin back in 2010 using university servers as part of an "Economic research project" ....stored in offline storage...still has them.
My friend did this... Using the Apple API after they did the dark sky take over.
😂
Yeah I'm thinking full bleed is the issue. Seems to render better when it isn't.
Here's a screenshot with a vertical photo for reference:

Please consider not cropping photos on Damus. Check out how images are redered on Amethyst. It looks like by adding spacing on the left hand side below the user's profile photo you can get the images to render better even with vertical photos.

I don't want to be forced into all zaps. Give me choice.
Damus is a hot mess. I'm not a fan of zap only.
Shameless plug for my friends wood pipe business on this #420 day. They have been in business for over 50 years. All their bowls are hand made at their woodmill in upstate NY. I did their website for them a few years ago.
Thanks! I highly recommend it. This is the ikamper mini rooftop tent. Pricy .....but keeps you high and dry and sets up in minutes. #ikamper
