Just curious

If it’s a public event you can I think, similar to public Facebook events back in the day no?

I am not sure, the event itself is a kind 40 posting by you, any interaction is kind 42. there is nips 52 that targets event partly, but it is still in draft. For me it is mainly a dive in nostr development

Not yet, it’s on the list, but I wanted to check the usefulness of the service first, so I’m kinda targeting not only nostr users with this launch.

I launched my first nostr project on product hunt today:

Optimizing availability across multiple timezones is not as easy as it could be.

nostr:npub180cvv07tjdrrgpa0j7j7tmnyl2yr6yr7l8j4s3evf6u64th6gkwsyjh6w6 nostr:npub1l2vyh47mk2p0qlsku7hg0vn29faehy9hy34ygaclpn66ukqp3afqutajft and myself are all in different timezones and trying to find the optimal time when we are all available for a discussion.

We need some kind of micro-app where we fill our available times and then it does some magic calculation and comes up with the best time.

This sounds doable, Nips 52 looked quite promising, checkout the first app I built in that space, an event rsvp app: https://rsvplease.me

Launching tomorrow on product hunt!

I will launch https://rsvplease.me tomorrow on product hunt, I would love to have big nostr events being organized with it! Any chance to get an endorsement from you tomorrow?

I really loved doodle, but there is so much advertisement and maybe a little bit too much functionality on it, that I don’t like it that much anymore.

What would make sense to you to be better explained? The idea is that people don‘t necessarily should know or care about nostr, it should just be an useful application to organize an event and check who will be coming. Use > technology.

How do you join communities? I am on Damus and I just follow a subset of people.
