หลังจากที่ผมได้ดู สภายาส้ม อีพีที่ผ่านมา ผมได้ลองกินเนื้อดูบ้าง เรียลฟู้ดดูบ้าง ปกติผมกินเนื้ออยู่แล้ว พวกเนื้อหมู เนื้อไก่ ผมก็ไม่ได้เคร่งอะไรมาก กินแบบปกติ เนื้อกับข้าว แต่เป็นการลดข้าวกับน้ำตาล ครึ่งนึงจากที่เคยกินมา ก่อนหน้านั้นผมเป็นคนที่กินข้าวเยอะมากๆ จากนี้ก็เลยขอทำแบบค่อยเป็นค่อยไปแล้วกันนะครับ

ผลตอนนี้ก็ เท่าที่รู้สึกนะครับ อาการปวดหลัง พอได้ยืดเส้นยืดสาย รู้สึกฟื้นฟูได้ดีกว่าปกติ และไม่ได้รู้สึกว่าเป็นบ่อยเหมือนก่อนหน้านั้นแล้ว

จริงๆมันก็ไม่กี่วันมานี้เอง (7วัน)​ ยังอยากลองให้นานกว่านี้ ค่อยๆไล่ตามสเต็ป เห็นผลของพี่ๆเพื่อนๆมาเยอะแล้ว อยากเห็นผลกับตัวเองบ้างครับ
