Only a small fraction of our culture is taught to believe in themselves and their potential from their childhood on.

People raised with advantages are taught to see more possibilities.

Stop living in fear of being judged of who we are. Every single problem or fear we have has a viable solution. We block out clear answers when we allow fear and anxiety to clog our mind. This produces chemicals in our body that causes our cells and body to believe we’re in a dire emergency which halts our ability to see through the darkness we’ve created within our own mind.
