Today is a big milestone. I'm now 100% sure that MLS messaging is going to work on Nostr! 🤙 I've been optimistic for weeks now but... you never know until you write that last line of code that ties it all together.
Personally, this project has stretched me way out of my comfort zone. I'm a web dev, not a cryptographer! I also didn't really know much about memory management or compiled languages before getting started on this project. Suffice to say, I've come a long way! 😊
It's not quite ready for use, but I'll have builds out very soon.

As I understand, 12-word recovery codes are not more secure than 24-word right?
I mean, if you have a reliable source of entropy, the final BIP39 seed anter the stretch function will always be 512 bits.
The word count is only relevant when using a software wallet or similar with a pseudorandom source of entropy, just to increase those degrees of entropy.

Well I suppose that Nostr is like life… I’ve been here for a while, I read some of you everyday and I still haven’t make a proper introduction! My bad, I shouldn’t have done like we do in classic social networks. I feel this more as a community.
For now I’m amazed by the possibilities of Nostr, although I have to get used to use the different clients. I love it.
I like economics, Bitcoin, politics and technology. I’m specially into networking and in that matterI’m really thrilled by this kind of P2P layer7 plebchain 💜.
