The flower petals sit in the sun for a few hours; the strained water is mixed 50/50 with brandy or similar. This “mother” then sources the bottle you can make or find to buy online—the daughter—-which is 50:50 spring water:brandy with 5 DROPS of the mother (for a 1ml bottle).
