Cooled, add lemon or lime juice, and watch the color of the tea transform into a bright, lovely pink.
Add a little honey or simple syrup or lemonade and you have an amazing refreshing summer drink that has some medicinal properties.
You can also dry the flower petals and save them for year-round use.
