for BDK we build, test, and publish lib code and some signed binaries via GitHub actions workflows
That is a good question! BDK stands for “Bitcoin Dev Kit” which is a software library written in Rust for builders of bitcoin wallets. LDK is “Lightning Dev Kit” and is the same for building lightning wallets and services. We’re two different teams but share common goals and website artwork (not to mention sponsorship from https://spiral.xyz).
I don’t know who invited those LDK people to #[0] ! 😆 was fun getting folks from the BDK and LDK teams together in Nashville.

Hm.. nevermind, looks like even if a an overlay SIM siging chip could be put in a feature phone getting it to work with a USSD app isn’t going to work. Best bet for a non-custodial solution is probably future very budget smart phones with NFC.
Hey #[1] I was talking with #[2] about how we could use one of your TapSigners in a USSD app and seems like the only way is to put your JavaCard chip into a SIM overlay packaging.. is that even possible?
