I agree that something is off about Stiller going to Ukraine like his handlers are pushing him to go to promote US involvment in the conflict so they can facilitate theft from the American taxpayer. I am very against US involvement in foreign wars and would like meddling exposed but lets atleast make sure that we are exposing truth and not propaganda from the other side.
I suspect this was pushed by the Elizabeth Warren pro-bank regime as Gensler was her lapdog. They were so blinded by an anti-crypto mindset that they worked against the banks in this instance. It seems like it would have made more sense for their side to help banks to custody as much Bitcoin as possible to try to control a large portion of the supply (like the ETFs).
This requirement was apparently impossible for banks to meet but with the SAB121 repeal there will be many offering custody services. Bank of New York Mellon is supposed to be the first, completely built out and just waiting for SAB121 to be repealed.
I think that is true if they custody #Bitcoin. So if they are holding Bitcoin for their customers and Bitcoin starts ripping like it does sometimes, they would have a difficult time coming up with the required USD to be compliant.

I confirmed a 1.0 sat/vB transaction last night. It had been in the mempool for 3 days. The mempool must have gotten very empty.
Pro Tip: Always make sure to do 1.1 or 2.1, etc. 1.1 was confirming quickly while 1.0 took days. Those couple extra sats move you up in line ahead of many transactions.
I think this is correct.
Clients such as Amethyst will block images by default but I think that may only happen if the publisher tags the content as potentially offensive. It would be better if users could select relays that attempt to block illegal content and even better if clients had some intelligence to provide another layer of protection.
While I don't feel relays should be required to censor or be responsible for the content of notes that clients publish, I do think there are users who will want relays that provide content moderation.
I don't follow relays closely but I don't think there is anything like that right now.
