“Please forgive me for bothering you bro, but I’m a bit in my feelings. I got into CRYPTO in May of 21 and bought a little #bitcoin at 50k and didn’t take it too serious. It was expensive, I didn’t take it serious. Bought some Doge and cardano. Then I learned, matured and became a raging Bitcoin bull. I bought consistently at 30k and all the way down and held through my first bear market. It was so long and tough. It’s about the mission and revolution, not the money, BUT, coming out of the other side of the bear feels surreal. I’m sitting here watching these green candles in Dec of 23 in disbelief. I have had my emotions tested, regulatory fud, Celsius and FTX fud of 2022, but I held on and it was hard. Anyway, I just wanted to tell somebody and briefly share my journey. I’ve been poor all my life, worked my ass off and felt like I’ve been going nowhere. This is nuts. :-) The BTC rabbit hole has changed my life and taught me about the world I live in that I blindly never saw before, wondering why things were the way they were, seeing all of the greed and incentive misalignment etc. I pay attention now. Lol”

Imagine you go to this party. And there’s a lot of cliques. It’s the big shots, the jocks, the popular kids. You are not in that category. But you try to weasel your way in and fit in. And so does another random guy you’ve never seen before. And another. And another. You see other random people doing the same thing with the other cliques too. They’re being kind enough to let you stand there but they aren’t talking to you or anything. In fact, they’re whispering about you under their breath.

Well, this guy named Luke sees that and he’s like “Yo screw those guys. Let’s go have fun without them.” So you follow Luke and y’all are having a blast. Then the other guys that were awkwardly standing around the clique you were in come over too. Then the guys that tried to fit in to the other cliques. What do you know, we’re having the time of our lives. We don’t need to be around other people to have this fun either, we’re all just being ourselves. We’re having so much fun that these popular big shots are mad that we’re having fun.

The government and/or the central bank can't bail-out or ‚save‘ anyone. It is you and your hard-earned and heavily taxed income that they freely distribute to failed and over-leveraged companies.

I would just like to emphasise this once again because we will see a great many bail-outs in the coming months in which the government will play the hero and claim that it has saved the economy.

All over 2008 yet again, kicking the can down the road, until the can is so broken that kicking it is no longer possible.

My government is going to (temporarily, sure)tax me more for being a homeowner due to likely natural disaster of volcanic eruption in Iceland so the investors that own the insurance company do not “loose” too much money. Corrupt politics, just bleed the people more. Bitcoin will free us
