@crypto_0ptimist @sovtoshi Boltcard, my friend. SatsCard is a product from @Coinkite that stores on-chain Bitcoin that can then be gifted to someone physically. Similar to an OpenDime.

Boltcard is NFC Lightning payments from your existing Lightning wallet. Very easy to set up with LNBits wallets.

The really cool thing about Sovereign Craft is that the in-game wallet is an actual Lightning wallet. This means it can be attached to cool stuff like this Bolt Card seamlessly.

@pray_hodl @Strike $50 on-chain? I generally stach amounts like that via lightning and when I have over 10m sats or so built up I do a single on-chain transaction to cold storage.

@cschenken @freemarketkids Bro, we're playing this sometime after you're back, right?

The Shorter Catechism defines theft as, "whatsoever doth or may unjustly hinder our own or our neighbor’s wealth or outward estate."

Inflation certainly qualifies, and therefore the US Dollar is constantly violating the 8th commandment against every one of it's citizens, with the exception of those who are close to the money spigot.

1 hour left! If you haven't voted yet, get in there!

I am biased toward Sovereign Craft, of course, but all of these projects are great for showing how Bitcoin can be integrated seamlessly into gaming.

@HeroOfBitcoin Dude, you dropped that demo cart at the perfect time given the @geyserfund grant. Leaped WAY ahead of everyone else!

@murphylch @zacguignard Yes, Zeus, but it is not a standalone wallet. You need to use it as a mobile interface for another wallet, or your node.

@zacguignard @ktreywalsh @derekmross Blixt - Full on hardcore run your own lightning node on your phone.

Phoenix and Breez - More convenient, less control over your channels, but still non-custodial.

See what is happening in Bitcoin gaming.

Happening right now:

https://mempool.space/docs/faq#why-empty-blocks

Why are there empty blocks? ADVANCED

When a new block is found, mining pools send miners a block template with no transactions so they can start searching for the next block as soon as possible. They send a block template full of transactions right afterward, but a full block template is a bigger data transfer and takes slightly longer to reach miners.

In this intervening time, which is usually no more than 1-2 seconds, miners sometimes get lucky and find a new block using the empty block template.

Nailed it!

With the mempools being so full, it has made it take a bit longer to generate block templates, so these empty blocks have been occurring a bit more often, but it is a normal part of how mining works. Nothing to be concerned about.

They just happened to find a new block right on the heels of the previous block, and before a new block template could be populated with transactions.

Seems to show up on Mobile, but something about how the text is displaying is pushing it out of visibility on desktop.

Hey @geyserfund , where did the vote button go for Sovereign Craft?

There are three Minecraft servers represented in @geyserfund 's Bitcoin Gaming grant.

Seems to me that Sovereign Craft ought to be the one at the top.

Only very slightly. You at least have some control of access to the content you own, but that is heavily reliant on trust, since anyone who pays for it could shaft you and leak it for free somewhere else.

Yes, but this still requires someone to know which Npub is the legitimate one in the first place. After that, weeding out the imitators is easy.
