Don’t get me wrong, I like all the things there. But, it’s hard to attract ppl in the Ontario scale, It’s too cold, land locked, no pipes, not many other industries, etc…

And Nova Scotia hasn’t really even seen much of a real estate boom, so I doubt we’ll see much of a crash there.

In my regarded opinion it’s B.C. and Ontario that will see the most damage

Ontario has 250k new immigrants a year pumping demand. And is the country powerhouse. When the country’s econ is less than ideal, ppl move to Ontario for better pay and/or fitting jobs. It will be the last province to fall.

OK. Finally landed on Snort for web client after trying a few, found a way to not hand over my private key by installing the Flamingo extension, and I'm using Amethyst for Android. Private Nostr relay over tor is only getting connected via web client, but I can't get Flamingo on Firefox so that's a no-go for now. Also added a lightning address on my node and once I connected it to my npub and got a NIP-05 identifier, I can receive zaps, sometimes even without crashing the tor proxy!

I'm so confused also. I don't come into nostr for 2 days and all of a sudden some new rage is going on about badges.

As a #plebdad of 4, I don’t have a lot of money to invest into btc, I do what I can here and there, after bills are paid and the fridge is full. My wife and I work really hard to give our kids a comfortable life. Playing sports, doing band, and all their other extracurricular activities. As well as doing fun things as a family.

With that said, priorities taken care of, I am happy to say that I have finally locked up 1mil sats, my first goal as a new #plebchain member. Next goal is to get to 2mil. I know it’s not much, and I know some of you will look at 1mil and laugh at it, but it’s an achievement for me. I will continue to stack sats, slowly but surely, but the fam comes first.

Well didn’t fully convince my dad to take the orange pill, but the seed has been planted. He is interested, just not convinced. He has been collecting silver for a few years so getting him to buy up some sats is a bit out of his norm. I talked about p2p buys/sells as well, was very interested in that, thought that was really smart. It’s just a matter of time, I’ll have my dad orange pilled. 🍊 💊
