Large videos are a bit of an issue.
Damus is using nostr.build which has a limit of 10 or 20MB for video as far as I know. That's why the upload fails.
https://satellite.earth/cdn should work, but storage is not free over there.
I think youtube is still the best alternative until we have a dedicated nostr video platform.
