My diet has been much more red meat based as of late and I've noticed I go to the restroom less, not necessarily constipated, but less and a lot less gassy.
Still early on in my carnivore rabbit hole journey but maybe when we're acquiring quality nutrients that our body can easily absorb there is less need to go because most of what is digested is absorbed and not processed as waste? 🥩 Just anecdotal experience from a pleb.

Kinda crazy how I feel way more comfortable speaking my mind on #nostr where I don't personally know anyone than on traditional social media where I personally know most of my peers / friends.
Speaks volumes to the importance of decentralization, open and permissionless networks, freedom, digital ownership /private property rights, and focusing on truth. As well as how far gone the fiat world is.
Don't trust, verify is a great starting point but I've learned ultimately we must progress towards being able to trust one another again, in a responsible and accountable manner.

I still frequently venture back into the fiat world to see what's up, my vice is youtube mainly, but then am bombarded with all these lies, noise, and bread and circus that I immediately get turned off, angry and annoyed, so then I come back to #nostr and am so relieved and happy to have a place where the majority of content is honest, truthful, and high signal, full of positivity and optimism for today and the future 💙
#Bitcoin woke me up to realize the matrix I was in, but #bitcoin + #nostr is allowing me to finally take significant steps to break out of the matrix and together with all the #plebs build towards a brighter future 🤩
