this is a Block(type=mention) issue. #[2] do we need to manually parse the individual blocks’ to receive the pubkey and decode it into a mention?
I wrote code only to show local notification when someone explicitly mentions (not when some replies you without mentioning you). Did this reply give you a local notification?

I noticed that too, the abstraction lies is in the EventCache() of Profiles. #[3] looks like the display name for the pubkey is returned empty in some cases from the cache. Should we show “Liked by Someone” in such cases? thx
