Could have used this 20 years ago when I was scrounging for couch coins to order from the dollar menu.

Temple headache, dull pain in face, burning sensation in ears, and neck pain that progressively gets worse throughout the day. Rarely have clicking. Tinnitus and vertigo comes and goes. Clenching mostly at night and during day under stress. Night guard makes clenching and pain worse.
