This interaction was a good illustration of the need for relay hints (I’m learning).
As someone new to building on #nostr and diving into the #nips, it seems like some are meant to be implemented on relays and some by clients. For example, nip 58 (badges) seems to be for clients to implement with no change to relays.
Is this correct?
