🚨Iran has launched ballistic missiles toward Israel, with impacts expected in the coming minutes.

Axios reports that Turkey was attempting to facilitate secret U.S.-Iran talks in Istanbul. However, with Khamenei in hiding and fearing an Israeli strike, Tehran did not approve the talks, prompting the U.S. to proceed with strikes against Iran.

Iranian Foreign Minister Araghchi stated:

ā€œWashington has committed a serious violation of the UN Charter and international law by attacking our peaceful nuclear facilities.

Iran reserves all options to protect its interests.ā€

He further added:

ā€œThe United States, as a permanent member of the UN Security Council, has flagrantly violated the UN Charter, international law, and the Non-Proliferation Treaty by targeting Iran’s peaceful nuclear sites.

This morning’s events are outrageous and will have lasting consequences. Every member of the UN should be alarmed by this dangerous, unlawful, and criminal act.

In line with the UN Charter and its provisions for legitimate self-defense, Iran reserves all options to defend its sovereignty, interests, and people.ā€

IDF Spokesperson:

The Israeli Air Force has intercepted two drones launched toward Israeli territory.

Following alerts about the intrusion of hostile aircraft—first at 6:40 AM in Paren and then at 6:46 AM in Hehal—the Air Force successfully intercepted two unmanned aerial vehicles that had been launched from the east.

Hussein Shariatmadari, managing editor of Kayhan, a hard-line conservative Iranian newspaper, stated:

ā€œFollowing the American attack on the Fordow site, it is now our turn to respond immediately. As a first step, we must bomb the American fleet in Bahrain and simultaneously close the Strait of Hormuz to American, British, German, and French vessels.ā€

A group of USAF KC-135 tankers just appeared over the Mediterranean, likely having completed refueling a formation of significantly lighter B-2 Spirit stealth bombers.

A senior Israeli official told Axios that if a favorable agreement with Iran can now be reached following tonight’s U.S. strikes on Iranian nuclear facilities, it would mark the ā€œend of the storyā€ for Iran’s nuclear program. However, the official warned that if no agreement is reached and Iran attempts to rebuild its nuclear sites, Israel will strike again—just as it has acted against Iran’s efforts to reestablish its presence in Syria and Hezbollah’s attempts to regroup in Lebanon.

It’s going to be less than it is now — I’m absolutely sure of that. I’ll probably stack fewer sats moving forward. Maybe in fiat terms it’ll go up, but in sats, it’ll always trend downward. That’s why I’m really grateful I managed to stack 100k here on Nostr.

You guys helped me hit six figures, seriously! And now that I’m diving deeper into Bitcoin and starting to use it as my unit of account, everything is starting to make a lot more sense… there’s just so much to take in.

Thanks for the support, everyone! You’ve really had my back these past few days. I received around 200k sats recently, and only now is this account starting to get some decent engagement. I’ve been on Nostr for 9 months and have received a total of 254k sats so far.

I’ve talked about the platform with folks in my Discord group, but many of them still feel that monetization here isn’t worth it. And I get it — most of them are making around $1000 a week on X.

Even so, I’m sticking with it and continuing to create here on Nostr. I’m confident that mass adoption is just around the corner — especially when censorship ramps up or when Bitcoin hits a new ATH. So yeah… we keep building!

Maybe. Fox News reported that around 75% of the facilities were destroyed—which alone is enough to seriously cripple the nuclear program. In addition, Trump has promised even stronger strikes if there’s any retaliation, which seems likely, as the Supreme Leader will probably struggle to resist the urge to respond.

The U.S. Air Force B-2A ā€œSpiritā€ long-range stealth bombers that carried out strikes on Iranian nuclear sites early Sunday flew non-stop for approximately 37 hours from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri, refueling multiple times in mid-air, a U.S. official told The New York Times.

CNN now reports that six U.S. Air Force B-2A ā€œSpiritā€ long-range stealth bombers dropped a total of twelve, not six, 30,000-pound GBU-57A/B Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP) ā€œbunker busterā€ bombs on Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility.

Additionally, U.S. Navy submarines launched 30 BGM-109 ā€œTomahawkā€ land-attack cruise missiles at two other nuclear sites—Natanz and Isfahan. One of the B-2 bombers also dropped two more GBU-57 MOPs on Natanz, according to a U.S. official.

According to The New York Times, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei has retreated to a secure underground bunker over concerns for his safety and has begun discreetly evaluating potential successors within Iran’s military and religious leadership in the event that current top commanders are eliminated.

The report notes that three senior clerics are now being considered as possible replacements for Khamenei should he be killed.

Notably absent from the list is his son, Mostafa Khamenei, who has long been rumored as a potential heir.

NEW STATEMENT FROM NETANYAHU

ā€œDear citizens of Israel, my brothers and sisters,

From the start of this operation, I promised you that Iran’s nuclear facilities would be destroyed — one way or another. That promise has now been fulfilled.

A short while ago, in full coordination between myself and President Trump, and with complete operational coordination between the IDF and the U.S. military, the United States struck Iran’s three main nuclear sites — Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.

This powerful strike builds on earlier IDF and Mossad operations, continuing the effort to dismantle a nuclear program that posed a direct threat to our existence and endangered global peace.

After the operation, I spoke with President Trump. It was a warm and moving conversation.

He praised our soldiers, our people, and I in turn praised him, the American pilots, and the people of the United States.

President Trump is showing strong leadership of the free world. He is a true friend of Israel — a friend like no other.

On behalf of myself, the citizens of Israel, and the entire Jewish people, I thank him deeply.

And I know, citizens of Israel, I speak from the heart of every one of you.ā€

Trump described the strikes in Iran as a ā€œspectacular military success.ā€

He warned of further action, stating, ā€œIran’s key nuclear enrichment facilities have been completely and totally obliterated,ā€ and threatened additional strikes if Iran does not pursue peace.

Pamphlets currently circulating in Iran.

According to a U.S. official who spoke with The New York Times, multiple 30,000-pound GBU-57A/B Massive Ordnance Penetrators (MOPs), known as ā€œbunker busterā€ bombs, were dropped on Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility—believed to be buried up to 90 meters inside a mountain. Initial damage assessments suggest the site has been effectively ā€œtaken off the table.ā€

According to the New York Times, around 30 tons of explosives were used in the strike on Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility.

Hebrew media reports that the U.S. has conducted strikes on Iran using B-2 stealth bombers.

With B-2 bombers en route to Guam, Polymarket data now places the probability of a U.S. strike on Iran’s Fordow nuclear facility before July at 49%.

Do you think this will happen?

Following multiple reported meetings and discussions this week between U.S. President Trump and his former Chief Strategist and Senior Counselor, Steve Bannon, sources indicate that Bannon has played a notable role in shaping Trump’s recent approach to Iran. Speaking on his show earlier, Bannon remarked, ā€œI’m just telling you what I’m hearing from some very solid sources—the party is on. So, it’s shaping up to be another big weekend.ā€

🚨UK šŸ‡¬šŸ‡§/Iran šŸ‡®šŸ‡·: An Iranian national was arrested in Cyprus on Saturday (21st) on charges of espionage and allegedly plotting a terrorist attack targeting a British military base.

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) have confirmed the completion of a large-scale airstrike campaign earlier today targeting military infrastructure in southwestern Iran. According to the IDF, around 30 Israeli Air Force fighter jets carried out coordinated strikes using approximately 50 precision-guided munitions, based on intelligence gathered by the IDF Intelligence Directorate.

The operation focused on multiple military sites in and around the city of Ahvaz, located in Iran’s Khuzestan Province. Among the targets hit were facilities used to store missile launchers—some reportedly linked to past ballistic missile launches toward Israel—radar installations for aerial surveillance and intelligence gathering, and the Al-Hadid Military Base.

Footage released shows the Israeli Air Force striking the Al-Hadid Military Base as part of today’s offensive.

Satellite imagery taken on June 19 of Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia reveals a significant buildup of military aircraft belonging to U.S. and allied air forces. Over the past week, the base has seen the arrival of a large number of assets, including at least 54 F-16 fighter jets, 22 KC-135 aerial refueling tankers, and 11 C-130 transport aircraft, along with several other aircraft visible on the tarmac and within aircraft shelters.

Although President Trump stated yesterday that he needs two weeks to decide whether or not to strike Iran, military air traffic between the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East remains high. At this moment, 10 C-17 aircraft are in the air, most of them heading directly to the Middle East.

According to a report from Axios, U.S. President Trump has expressed skepticism about whether the U.S. Air Force’s GBU-57A/B Massive Ordnance Penetrator (MOP)—a 30,000-pound ā€œbunker busterā€ā€”can actually reach and destroy Iran’s heavily fortified Fordow Fuel Enrichment Plant (FFEP). Fordow, Iran’s primary site for enriching weapons-grade uranium, is believed to be buried nearly 90 meters deep within a mountain near the city of Qom in northern Iran.

Over the past few days, Trump has reportedly pressed his military advisers on the MOP’s effectiveness against Fordow. Defense officials told him they are confident the weapon would be successful, but it’s unclear whether Trump is fully convinced. ā€œThe bunker buster will work. It’s not a capabilities issue. We have the capability,ā€ a senior U.S. official told Axios, adding, ā€œBut there’s an entire plan. It’s not just drop a bunker buster and declare victory.ā€

Israeli officials are increasingly confident the U.S. will eventually enter the conflict and assist in targeting Fordow. However, they maintain that Israel is prepared to act alone if necessary and could inflict significant damage on the site. One contingency being considered is a commando raid by Israeli special forces—similar to the September operation in which they destroyed an underground missile facility north of Damascus. According to a U.S. official, Israeli leaders told the Trump administration that if their bombs can’t penetrate deep enough, they might ā€œdo it with humans.ā€

Israeli officials state that Iran has fired 370 ballistic missiles at Israel. With an estimated arsenal of 750 to 1,000 ballistic missiles capable of reaching Israel, this indicates that Iran has already deployed approximately one-third to one-half of its missile stockpile.

The third-stage rocket motor of a U.S. Navy RIM-161 SM-3 Block IB surface-to-air missile was reportedly found in Iran yesterday, strongly suggesting that Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyers—likely operating in the Eastern Mediterranean—are actively supporting Israel’s missile defense. The presence of the interceptor component in Iran likely stems from an exoatmospheric interception of an Iranian ballistic missile, with debris from the SM-3 falling back to Earth after the engagement.

New reports indicate that the Israeli Air Force has struck a fuel and munitions depot, along with several suspected military aircraft, at Mehrabad International Airport in Tehran tonight.

The Gaza Humanitarian Foundation (GHF) released a statement tonight reporting that around two dozen of its members—Palestinians working alongside the United States to deliver humanitarian aid in the Gaza Strip—were attacked by Hamas last night. The group was en route to an aid site near Khan Yunis when the incident occurred. At least five are believed to have been killed, and there are concerns that others may have been taken hostage. The attack follows several days of threats from Hamas.

The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine’s parliament, today approved the ratification of the Minerals Agreement with the United States. The vote passed with 338 in favor and none against.

The finalized deal is significantly different from the original version proposed by Trump. According to the text, ownership of the mineral resources will remain with Ukraine, while the U.S. will receive priority—though not exclusivity—in their exploitation, allowing other countries to also take part in the process. Additionally, the profit management fund will now be jointly controlled by three American and three Ukrainian administrators (the original agreement had three Americans and only two Ukrainians). Trump’s initial demand that the first $500 billion in profits be directed entirely to the U.S. was removed, and Ukraine is now free to use its share of the fund for reconstruction and the purchase of defense systems.

The original agreement, if passed, would have blocked Ukraine’s accession process to the European Union. However, with the revisions made, Ukraine’s path to EU membership can continue without issue.
