We use CLN but it probably wouldn't be too hard for someone to adapt our API server to talk to phoenixd instead. It's not really on our priority list for now but the code is open source here if anyone wants to take it on: https://github.com/coinos/coinos-server
We're hoping to release a Start 9 package at some point so people can self-host their own Coinos more easily. LND and Phoenixd supprot might be something we'd look at then.

Hi which nostr client were you using? I haven't heard of this happening before so I suspect it's a client issue. Some clients let you zap multiple times by tapping so maybe you tapped twice by mistake?
