I don’t really know what’s going on but I do know that the money printer is about to go OFF 🖨️
Nothing like a beautiful sunny day to get your spring cleaning started ☀️
Nooo haha The second half of my comment wasn’t directed at you at all! It was a general statement!
This was very much a case of miscommunication via text 🙈
With the rise of processed foods (on top of many other issues, like pesticides, polluted water, etc) around the world, heart disease has become the leading cause of death all over the West.
One can enjoy both meat AND pasta and not die.
Beef maxis just got triggered by my OP and assumed I meant “eat pasta at every meal, every day, it’s great!” lol
Look at the ingredients and where they come from.
Examples:
With pasta, I make sure it comes from Italy to avoid glyphosates.
With beef, I always choose grass-fed and grass-finished.
With olive oil, I make sure it’s EVOO, Italian, organic, and from a local farm.
Yeah, Italy doesn’t exist lmao
I always look for imported pasta.
There’s a reason many Italians travel with packages of pasta and bottles of tomato sauce! 😂
I don’t obsess over nutritional content. I only focus on quality food. For instance, I don’t usually eat pasta in the US because of glyphosates. In Italy, I eat it whenever I feel like it.
It’s been around for 700 years and Italians life a healthier and longer life than most industrialized counties. Works for me!
Yeah, that’s an appropriate comparison based on what I said. 🤦🏻♀️
Tell me you’ve never been to Italy without telling me 🤣
There’s a reason old Italian nonni last way into their 90s on a diet of pasta, olive oil, and wine!
Everything but cucumber for me. I hate that thing.
🤝
If you’re eating pasta, you’re likely also eating everything else.
Carnivores, however…
