Well, we can’t ‘deny’ the existence of something just because we have no proof it exists. The most we can say is that there’s no direct proof that they exist. The usual evidence given is based on the theory of evolution, ie with the gazillions of stars and planets out there, life must of happened elsewhere also. But that’s on the assumption that life here began purely due to ‘the right conditions’.
But Islamically we can’t deny their existence, as Allaah said “Those in the heavens and on earth glorify Him”. So we assume that’s only referring to angels, but that’s an assumption.
What I would say is…if aliens 👽 do exist and do visit here in flying ships, then they are pretty immature lol 😂. Travelling 1000’s of light years, just to probe some random guys butt?! seems a little odd 😂.
