This is a 300 hr. Anaerobic fermentation mountain dry Borbón from Villa España Estate. Exceptionally fruity coffee. I literally have 15 lbs left of it still to be roasted and then its gone forever. Since so so so so many variables take place with a 300 hr. anaerobic fermentation (this is exceptionally long) the flavors simply can’t be reproduced again.

What coffee origin was used in this guide? 15.7 is a pretty strong ratio IMO.

I think every once in a while is OK. The problem is self-control. The el dopa hits hard for me even after 5 years of pretty steady animal-based. In-and-out is crack, even without the “bread” handles.
