what kind of an alarm clock do y'all have?

looking for a timeless 'buy it for life" alarm clock, so i don't have to rely on my phone anymore

IIRC, the release schedule is to allow 1 character shorter symbols every 4 months, so around mid august you can expect another fee spike. This will continue with shorter and shorter symbols every 4 months, until leading up to the next halving, the single character ones are being minted.

I like how Nintendo systems from the 1990s could be put in a shed without air conditioning and survive for five years and still play games. Simple, optimized, robust engineering.

Right. There are devices on the market that lack a mechanism for you to supply (recover) a seed. They’ll generate one for you on the trust-me-bro model.

Exactly. This is why I don’t like signing devices that lack recovery modes. If you can’t recover, you’re already owned.
